The Brewing & Production Management module provide a set of configuration parameters that you can set to configure the system specifically for your use case. To access the configuration, click on Administration->BPM Configurations from the top menu. You can then either update the existing configuration set, or add new configuration sets. Each configuration set is valid for a certain time period, and the valid time period of each configuration set may not overlap.
The following parameters can be set:
1. Fermenter Fill Volume to Target Yield Ratio: defines the ratio between fermenter fill volume and target yield volume. When the fermenter fill volume of a scheduled brew is not entered 2 (two) days past its scheduled brewing start date, the SmartBrew system automatically updates the brew using the Target Fermentation Start Date as fermenter fill date, and with a fermenter fill volume calculated using the Target Yield of the brew multiplied by the Fermenter Fill Volume to Target Yield Ratio that you can specify here.
2. Conditioning Volume to Target Yield Ratio: defines the ratio between conditioning volume and target yield volume. When the conditioning volume of a scheduled brew is not entered 2 (two) days past scheduled conditioning date, the SmartBrew system automatically updates the brew using the Target Conditioning Start Date as conditioning start date, and with the conditioning fill volume calculated using the Target Yield of the brew multiplied by the Conditioning Volume to Target Yield Ratio that you can specify here.
3. Contract Manufacturing: to turn on ('Y') or turn-off ('N') display and usage of contract manufacturing related data fields in the Brewing and Production Management module.
4. Blending: to turn on ('Y') or turn-off ('N') data fields related to managing liquid blending in the Brewing and Production Management module.
