The SmartBrew Inventory Management module provides an interactive reporting and analysis tool for brewing material demand forecasting. To access, click on the the 
symbol next to the Brewing Material link in the top menu bar and select Demand Forecasting.
After selecting a Forecasting Date which specifies the end of the forecasting time horizon, the system displays an interactive report summarizing for each brewing material the current inventory quantity, projected brewing needs until the forecasting date, as well as purchase orders already placed for delivery before the forecasting date. Material items that currently shows a gap between projected usage and available quantity are highlighted in yellow. These items require additional purchase orders to be placed to meet the planned brewing needs.
To start the process of creating a new purchase order for a particular material item, you can click on the corresponding Create PO link, which will open the create purchase order page.
