Inventory Management

The SmartBrew Inventory Management module covers the following key functional areas:

  • Finished Products: manages inventory information of each finished product SKU, including quantity, inventory adjustments, inventory inflows/outflows, and transfers between warehouses.
  • Packaging Material: manages packaging material SKUs such as bottles and cans, including quantity, usages with each packaging production batch, deliveries and inventory adjustments; it also provides material demand forecasting based on current production schedule.
  • Brewing Material: manages brewing material SKUs such as malt and hops, including quantity, usages with each brew, deliveries and inventory adjustments; it also provides demand forecasting based on current brew schedule.
  • Purchasing: manage suppliers and purchase orders, as well as the purchase order approval process.
  • Reports:summary and detailed reports that span across the entire inventory management area.
  • Administration: administrative functions for managing users privileges and system configurations. This area is only visible to users with administration privileges.
  • Tickets:for users to log support tickets (disabled for service trial instances).
