Using The Customer Mobile App

The SmartBrew Customer Mobile App is designed for customers to be able to easily place purchase orders themselves using smart phones. 

Place A New Order

After launching the Customer Mobile App, the customer first type in the username and password to login. To place a new order, tap on the Image removed. symbol in the upper left corner of the screen to display the menu, and select Place a New Order.

The customer can then add an order line item to the order, by tapping on Add Item, and then select the product. To specify order quantity, use the quantity slider under the product selection, and then tap on Add. The customer can keep adding order line items, and then tap on Submit Order.

Check Order Status and Cancel Order

The customer can also check order status including Estimated Shipping Date (ETD) using the app, by app on the Image removed. symbol in the upper left corner of the screen to display the menu, and then select My Orders.

Before an order is processed and an Estimated Shipping Date assigned, the customer can also cancel the order, by tapping on Cancel Order.
